Office Handy Utility allows you to apply the changes you need to perform in MS Word documents in mass and save you a lot of time.

Imagine this example: You work at a company, and your boss tells you that you have to change the font style in all of the thousands of company documents, change all of the telephone numbers, underline all bold texts and remove highlighting in all the documents, and inform him of how many words the documents contain. Without Office Handy Utility, this would take at least one week to complete. But imagine if you owned Office Handy Utility, and you could say to your boss that it will be finished in less than an hour.

Advantage over macros The first and main advantage over macros is that a normal PC user usually has no experience using macros. Therefore, it can be time-consuming for a user to write exactly what is needed. The usual Word user has no experience with maintaining macros. The second advantage is the mass action that allows a user to apply the desired changes to thousands of documents. Applying desired changes in mass is a main component of this software. These are two main reasons that users do not use macros.
