mISV Download Tracker has been designed to enable you to keep track of how many times a resource located on your website has been downloaded from any source. A resource can be any item identified in your log file but will usually be your program or software that is available for download. A resource can also be a html file, gif or photo, zip file etc. mISV Download Tracker calculates how successful the download was from all sources - not just the number of clicks that visitors made on your link. mISV Download Tracker makes full use of your web sites log file and does not require you to change any html files or insert any javascript or cookies etc. mISV Download Tracker does not provide comprehensive analytical data on who visits your site, rather it concentrates on who is actually downloading those resources you chose to monitor. mISV Download Tracker reveals how many times a resource has been downloaded either partially or fully. The current version provides you with all the detailed information that is available via your log file. We are currently enhancing this information with additional data to help you pinpoint where your resources are going.
