With IE ScriptBar anyone with average script programming skills can create professional tool bands (toolbars) for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The rich run-time library and setup utility give you everything you need to complete an end-product. It is also possible to use VB or C++ (but in very simple manner) instead of scripting. Windows XP SP2 compatible, packed with SQL database engine, installer, networking components and wide range of other utility components. Buying a license gives you a personalized copy for your application which you can re-distribute and sell as your own product or as part of an other product. Different IE toolbars based on IE ScriptBar may work together on the same machine and in the same IE windows not interferring with each other. Can be integrated with Active Local Pages product to form powerful browsing companion applications that are always with the user while it browses the Internet and still provide local/desktop application functionality just into the same browser window. Other quick details: Installer preconfigured to install the template package - with a few simple changes and even with a notepad only the setup can be adjusted to look the way you want. The run-time library included is ActiveX Pack1 Family. It includes almost everything the application may need - while you can use any component you are familiar with, by using the included run-time library you can achieve full compatibility with any Windows OS without further troubles. So, in any scenario you can choose between components you know from elsewhere and components from the internal linrary and meet the scenario requirements with little effort even in very complicated projects. From version 1.1 the toolbar also supports dynamic menus easy to create/change on the fly and show wherever suitable.
