Everyone within your organisation can create and email PDF documents using Zetadocs PDF, so you no longer have to rely on one department or colleague who has a single license for creating PDFs. What's more, when you email PDFs via Zetadocs you can ensure theyre personalized to maximise the effectiveness of your communications. By using Word Mailmerge with Zetadocs embedded commands you can automatically personalise both the body of your email and the PDF itself. You can also add your stationery and logos to your Zetadocs document to ensure your emailed PDFs present customers with a professional business image of your company. Once you create your document and email your PDF, copies of your PDF can be automatically emailed to managers or to network folders. The great thing about Zetadocs PDF is that it combines the creation of PDFs from multiple documents with emailing those documents. By emailing PDF attachments your communications are more likely to reach the intended recipients. PDFs attached to your email will normally pass through SPAM filters.
