Bookkeeper 2007 accounting software for small business makes it easy to organize your finances. Manage all your daily accounting tasks from one screen. Bookkeeper 2007 includes general ledger, payroll, billing, purchase orders, check writing and inventory control. Manage your payroll efficiently with automatic calculation of deductions* and flexible pay periods. You?ll increase your business volume when you can accept credit card payments and process them directly from within Bookkeeper; now you can also pay bills with credit cards from Bookkeeper 2007. When you sell items, your inventory is automatically updated each time you generate an invoice. Generate purchase orders and manage your supply inventory; when you order goods, the quantity is automatically added to your inventory. When you pay bills, Bookkeeper automatically fills out checks for you ? either individually or in batches - prints checks and helps you balance your bank accounts with a reconciliation wizard. You can create professional invoices and estimates, export them to PDF files and email them from directly within the program. You?ll keep a smart eye on the overall health of your business with over 100 different reports configured in Bookkeeper.
