Program description

Account pro invoice is a network-capable multi-client invoicing program that can work closely together with the accounting software Account pro (from Version 8) and also as a stand alone application. You can create all required document templates yourself. Account Pro Invoice is most suitable for small to medium size businesses. However, you can also operate Account pro invoice as a stand-alone application. The program's sample client includes sample templates that you can adapt to your particular needs, but you are not limited to these at all and can create templates for almost any imaginable document. You can manage your inventory and you can generate order documents (including purchase orders) automatically using the inventory accounting function. Using the data import function you can import your existing item and address data from other programs, if these are equipped with an export function for this data. The sample templates supplied are: - Offer - Order confirmation - Invoice without discount information - Invoice with discount information - Bill of delivery - Credit note - Payment reminder - Order (purchase order) - Mail merge letter - Address label you can print, export as .rtf or .txt files and directly email the documents that you have generated.
